Rest assured that we have survived our first winter in Southern Utah, nippy mornings, heavy snowfall and all. Now Spring has sprung, bringing greener pastures and, of course, new grads. Though I’m anything but “new” to this arena, I take pride in something I recently learned, which applies to both myself and those with freshly minted diplomas. WalletHub recently published data based on 29 key metrics about the best cities to start a career, ranking Salt Lake City, UT in the number one spot. So, while I still mistakenly introduce myself as a Californian, Utah is certainly beginning to feel like home, bursting with fresh opportunity and much to explore.
