CRYSTAL'S CUTS RATING:
If only they could be consistent, it would be easier to rate this place and I would like it to be higher but they really hover between poor to average. Despite the pleasant greeting and the promise of the waiter who says, "I'll be taking excellent care of you today" we are about three bites into our salad when our entrees come and the server stands there like this is our problem. So we have to cram all the dishes on to the table and the waiter floats by later oblivious to the crowed table top and of course asks if everything is o.k. Why bother telling him the entree is cold? Sorry, either they're too slow, too fast but rarely reliable.

The places with such prices must have better services. It's very important for their clients.
